wow, this is a pretty long article the NYT let the vegan author published

I personally think NYT is the best nationwide newpaper around. It's not perfect

but it's known all over the world like Wall Street Journal as a semi-respectable

newspaper.

Unfortunately

Thanksgiving is the day my family gorge on meat. They don't eat that much meat,

but Thanksgiving is pretty much the only day of the year they eat prime rib.

This will be my first year, I hope to run away from home for one day-On

Thanksgiving.

Now more and more of my family members are getting high blood pressure. Not

only one of my family members don't listen to what I have to say, but she

angerly challenges me all the time. This week, to help with their blood

pressure she is making spare ribs with herbs that will help with the blood

pressure.

Her dense brain thinks the herbs will off set the saturated fat from the spare

ribs.

When my family members someday die of the common " American diseases " that are

preventable by diet, I won't feel sorry for them cause I tried my best I can to

warn/help them. Even though inside, I might be right, and say to myself " I

told you so " in many cases, I'm still hoping the media/their doctors will

educate them properly.
