I went to the Berkeley store yesterday and got

Kozy organic soy chocolate pudding 4 cups for $1

So Delicious Soy yogurt 3 for 1, by So Delicious

The Cinnamon Bun flavor is not good at all

Soy delicious Coconut flavor, Strawberry and Bananas 3 for 1 is ok

(don't ever buy their chocolate flavor, tastes like rotten chocolate)

(overall, So Delicious's Coconut product are expensive and are not as tasty,

they will loose $ on these new products)

organic Holly Nog (vegan " egg " nog)

by Vitasoy for 99cents 946 ml (1 Qt size)

expires 8/2010, meat eaters also love to drink this

80% of the food are junk we don't eat. 1% are organic vegan bargains.

They are trying to stock more organic products, but a lot of low income

shoppers/buyer pretty much dictates what they stock.

Grocery Outlet are mom and pop franchises. I have no financial interest in this

company.

I will not post any more prices/products from this store. You pretty much

decide if you want to check this store out or not.

pls reply to me privately, are most organic soy beans grown in China? I heard

America can't grow enough organic soy beans.

However, America ships a ton of soybeans to China.... So maybe they are shipping

the soybeans back to us and say it's organic?

We all know the best food are the

ones we grow organically

or buy from our local farmers

I tried a 1/2 gallon carton of So Delicious (by Turtle Mountain

http://www.turtlemountain.com/products/coconut_milk_beverage.html ) coconut milk

when I was down in LA recently, and it was so watered down it was very

disappointing. It was probably good from a health perspective, since not so

fattening, but if you put the word " coconut " on the label I think people expect

a rich and tasty product.

I tend to agree So Delicious coconut products will disappoint many customers and

may need to be reworked or withdrawn. At a minimum they should offer a richer

product for those who are not on a diet.
