Hi,

 

Can people please email me anything they have heard of recently which exemplify

the encouragement of plant based diets for environmental reasons?

 

Two examples of what I'm looking for:

 

1. Baltimore Public Schools declaring Meatless Mondays school lunches

2. Windsor Castle holding a vegan organic lunch for 200 dignitaries

 

I just need a few more to include in introductory comments for a vegan

Thanksgiving event next Friday.
