The Roman Bar

I found a new sweet treat called, The Roman Bar. It is made by a company in San

Rafael. Their website is www.theromanbar.com.

 

Two of their bars are vegan and are clearly marked as such. Both are chocolate

dipped; one is raspberry, the other is blueberry. The blueberry bar is small

and only 100 calories for a very rich, tasty treat. The raspberry bar is about

twice the size, so probably twice the calories, too.

 

I found this gem at the new Paradise Foods in Novato in the candy section. I'm

not sure where else they are available, but the website might give that

information. They are really good. (BTW - Don't go looking for this at

Paradise Foods until next week when they've had a chance to restock. I bought

the last two they had.)
