Guest guest
Friends, I bought 3 tickets to this event, who wants to join me? It's assigned seating, and there were just 3 seats left in the middle of the Auditorium ... so I bought all three, hoping to entice some friends to come along! It will be more fun that way. Total cost was $62.10, so it's $20.70 per ticket. E-mail back if interested. -Rachel Donovan San Francisco, CA P.S. Thanks Lynn, for the great idea! 8:00 PM, Thursday, Nov. 5. Foer is one of the most acclaimed writers of his generation. His first novels, Everything is Illuminated and Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, sold over 700,000 copies. His first work of nonfiction, Eating Animals, is a quest to understand meat, how it's produced and the environmental effects of eating animals. Foer explores all sides of the issue, including breaking into a chicken farm, and asserts few readers will look at their dinner the same way again. , " lampky " <lampky wrote: > > Jonathan Safran Foer will be speaking about his new book this Thursday night.11/5/09 @ 8pm I believe it is called Why Eat Animals.
