Guest guest
Hello all, I have a situation with five older kittens (five months or so) who are still not yet tame enough to go into a shelter, though they have definitely made progress in the last few weeks with a very kind woman who has had them in her bathroom, but is unable to keep them much longer. I am hoping to take in one kitten to socialize, but that's all I have room for. Cage/kitty condo & food/litter & socializing advice will, of course, be provided, so if you have a corner of your apartment or house that is available, or a bathroom that you could use, and a little bit of time, could you possibly help out one of these kittens? The alternative for them is to put them back out into their colony, which is not a particularly safe one; that would require a three-week relocation program which would be stressful for them. I am only asking for short-term socializing, meaning two weeks if possible (though of course if people can do this for longer, that's also great). Hey, even one week might help!! I know that we're all overwhelmed, but even if you can't help personally, can you please forward this email to friends/family members who care about animals? If you can help or need more info, please CALL ME (I do not have access to email every day) at 415/846-1362. For the kittens, thank you! THANK YOU!!!!
