Activist traveling near bay area in need of help

Hi Friends,

 

I am having trouble locating housing in the Stockton/Modesto/Merced area for a few nights while I leaflet colleges. Does anyone have any good friends or family who might be able to put me up for a few nights in the near future (mid-October if it's not too soon)? I don't need a spare bedroom or anything, a couch is just fine. I don't need to be fed or entertained either; just looking for a friendly place to park myself. I will be leafleting colleges in the nearby area during the day (CSU - Stanislaus, UOP, Modesto JC, etc) and don't want to have to commute back and forth from Oakland. It's exhausting and a waste of resources. I'm a 24 year old male, professional and a good house guest (I have traveled extensively). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
