Guest guest
Loving Hut in SF Chinatown for the past month is offering $5.95 specials all day long, that means you can get a $5.95 dinner!. There's a sign outside. (written in Chinese) 1. Vietnamese Noodle soup (PHO) 2. Three Cup Wonder , fake meat stew with Gogi Berries (smaller portion than their $8 entree) 3. Eggplant with mushrooms (I think it's a mushroom) and a fried egg roll Always save room for dessert. Their Black China Cake is $3.50 a piece. Since I'm on a diet, I can't order that. I usually order EXTRA vegan noodles for my Vietnamese Noodle Soup. their vegan wonton noodles are specially ordered. No one else has it. I have to admit, their soup is really good without the need of MSG. Their lemon water is filter. Underneath the sink (which you can't see) is a filtering system. --- New World Veg, in Oakland got their phone disconnected today. I hope when they find a new location, I hope they will have affordable lunches for the every day "Joe" workers. Oh well, I was hoping to a big good bye party, I guess It's definately not happening. == Fancy looking Thai restaurant, offerred $6.95 lunch menu on a daily basis. http://www.yelp.com/biz/modern-thai-san-francisco They serve brown rice, which is a complete shock to me. Most Asian restaurant don't serve brown rice.! My $2.50 scoop of coconut ice cream was so rich, I swore it was made with milk. I was in Heaven when I had the ice cream. It must have a lot of coconut cream in it. The ice cream is home made. I splurged and ordered their $5 coconut sundae. It has good with a variety of toppings. However, the $2.50 scoop of ice cream without the sugary tropical fruits was better I think. == have you heard about the most expensive dog sold for $600k? http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/asia-pacific/8248726.stm boy Ms Wang is now famous all over the world winnie == Signature: This is why high blood pressure and diabeties are so common in America; and it's getting worse! http://www.shakeshacknyc.com/ Click on Web Cam from 9am till 6pm Pacific time (11am to 9pm NY Time) Approximately, 40 people will line up for Burgers. I guess the movie "Supersize Me" didn't make them change their eating habits. It's very depressing, cause this is one reason why our health costs are so HIGH To benefit all: Buy more bicycles, not more cars. (help the bicycle industry not the car industry) It was very clear American Auto makers were making inefficient SUVs/CARs that ONLY the American Market wanted. Everyone knew it, but profits spoke louder than words and/or reason. There's too many greedy people in this world. Why not make closed automobile plants into bicycle making plants? == Best Bicycle Event in SF www.sundaystreetssf.com
