Guest guest
Hello everyone. I'm a culinary student at the Art Institute and I'm doing a project on the growing number of vegan/vegetarians in SF, but the lack of restaurants and variety that cater to our lifestyle. I've found that most of the vegan/vegetarian restaurants in SF have similar cuisines such as Chinese, Indian and raw foods, but little other choices besides those listed and I'm trying to figure out why that is. Even though there are plenty of restaurants that do have vegetarian options on their menus(which is way different from NY), I feel that there should be more vegan/vegetarian restaurants that we can go to where we don't have to worry or question how these restaurants prepare their vegetarian dishes. If anyone has any opinions or thoughts on the subject, then please respond back. Thank you. Yamil.
