New Vegan Item at Whole Foods San Rafael

Whole Foods in San Rafael has added vegan donuts to their bakery case. Although

they are not as good as People's (aka Pepple's) donuts that are available at

Berkeley Whole Foods (and many other places, too), at least they are recognizing

the need for more vegan items. They are much cheaper, too. The vegan donut at

San Rafael WF is only 99 cents; the People's donut at Berkeley WF is more than

$2.00.

I do hope everyone realizes that vegan does not necessarily equal healthful. I mean, these ARE doughnuts, after all.Elchanan
