Instructor Lisa Williams will educate participants about the benefits of these enzyme rich foods and how to prepare simple and basic items that are full of life force. Green smoothies, simple salads, live sushi, spring rolls and tacos will be demonstrated along with an easy cacao coconut pudding for dessert. To start the meal off, she will demonstrate how to make an easy 'Live' Caesar Salad and Blended Italian Soup. Then, participants will learn to make Zucchini and Daikon Noodles with a Zesty Marinara Sauce and Fennel & Pumpkin Seed Un-Sausages. This Italian meal will end with a Berry Cream Torte for dessert.
