Intro to Living and Raw Foods Series-Part I

 

Instructor: Lisa Williams

 

Ever wonder why Living and Raw foods are now the latest trends in healthful

eating? Instructor Lisa Williams will educate participants about the

benefits of these enzyme rich foods and how to prepare simple and basic

items that are full of life force. Green smoothies, simple salads, live

sushi, spring rolls and tacos will be demonstrated along with an easy cacao

coconut pudding for dessert. All items are simple, delicious and can be

adjusted to meet just about anyone's taste. Entree sized portions will be

served. A $15 food fee is payable to the instructor at the class.

Intro to Living and Raw Foods Series-Part II

Instructor: Lisa Williams

In part 2 of the Living and Raw Foods series, Instructor Lisa Williams will

continue to educate participants about the benefits of these enzyme rich

foods and how to prepare simple and basic items that are full of life force.

To start the meal off, she will demonstrate how to make an easy 'Live'

Caesar Salad and Blended Italian Soup. Then, participants will learn to

make Zucchini and Daikon Noodles with a Zesty Marinara Sauce and Fennel &

Pumpkin Seed Un-Sausages. This Italian meal will end with a Berry Cream

Torte for dessert. All items are simple, delicious and can be adjusted to

meet just about anyone's taste. Entree sized portions will be served. A $15

food fee is payable to the instructor at the class.

Instructor: Lisa Williams

In the final part of her Living and Raw Foods series, Instructor Lisa

Williams will continue to educate participants about the benefits of these

enzyme rich foods. Participants will learn about sprouting and enjoy a

variety of delicious and savory sprouts in an Organic Sprout & Sea Vegetable

Salad. Participants will snack on Zucchini Hummus and Sunflower Carrot Pate

with savory crackers while she demonstrate how to make an easy Pad Thai with

Almond Sauce. Yes, there will be a Coconut Mango Chia Tapioca for dessert

too! All items are simple, delicious and can be adjusted to meet just about

anyone's taste. Entree sized portions will be served. A $15 food fee is

payable to the instructor at the class.
