I know a lot of people think Whole Foods is very expensive, and they DO have

some very expensive items there. I usually shop at both Whole Foods and

Safeway, and I find that Whole Foods is much cheaper on most of the items that I

buy - even on organic produce.

In general, I have stopped shopping very much at Safeway because of their high

prices. I did hear somewhere, though, that they just recently have introduced

" new low prices. " I hope so.
