meals are 95% vegetarian, 50% vegan (but you can work things out beforehand with the chef) when you help with cooking, you can easily control the vegan foods you can eat. All meals can be vegan, if you don't disrupt the kitchen area, you can make your own meals. (for breakfast I'm happy with cereal and soy milk)

(you need to fly to Alaska)

I love traveling with them and your food is good.

Many friends want to travel with me, so one of these days, a gang of veggies can take over the bus.

I enjoy I can read and MOVE around on the bus. Plus, the food is the type of food I like.

I heard Alaska cruises are affordable due to competition, but on cruises, you'll gain weight.

$1 Thai ice tea or Thai ice coffee (Eat in only) reg $2.50

Thai restaurant on Clay between Kearny and Montgomery in SF Financial district

They have Chili based entrees (instead of fish based Curry sauce)

for $6-$7 you get rice and 1 entree,

I tried their tofu veg and string beans with veg. These two entrees are premade during lunch time.

Custom made entrees are also available

they have brown rice on the menu. I thnk this is one of the few Thai restaurants in the financial district that serves Brown Rice.

9am till 6pm Pacific time (11am to 9pm NY Time)

around 40 people will line up for Burgers.

I guess movie "Supersize Me" didn't make them change their eating habits. It's very depressing, this is one of the reason why our health costs are so HIGH

To benefit all: Buy more bicycles, not more cars. (help the bicycle industry not the car industry)

It was very clear American Auto makers were making inefficient SUVs/CARs that ONLY the American Market wanted.

Everyone knew it, but profits speaks louder than words and/or reason. There's too many greedy people in this world.

Why not make closed automobile plants into bicycle making plants.
