Meals at AR2009- Medically based diet restrictions

Hi Everyone,

 

I am going to AR2009 (yeah!) and this will be my first AR conference.  I see that they offer vegan meals.  I have medically based food restrictions ( no gluten, nothing fermented, etc.).  I would love to hear from anyone who's been to previous AR conferences about how the meals are handled (buffet, more than one choice, etc.).
