FixSanFrancisco organized this presentation. Gregory Castle, a founder of Best Friends Animal Society, travels from Utah to present a discussion of No-Kill policy and "real life" implementation to San Francisco's Animal Control and Welfare Commission.Best Friends Animal Society offers info, assistance, and training to create No-Kill communities. The Society also provides adoption services, disaster response, and a sanctuary for animals with special needs that make it difficult for them to find a permanent home. www.bestfriends.orgNo-Kill policies ensure no adoptable animal is euthanized in shelters.
