The definition of adoptable under No-Kill includes animals requiring medical and behavioral intervention but would be adoptable following treatment.Friends of Roman Cats will also be recommending the Board of Supervisors ban the practice of declawing cats, a cruel operation involving the amputation of toe bones.General meeting discussion includes best use of the No-Kill information presented over the past few months to improve shelters in San Francisco.Public comment is welcome on these specific items and in general at the beginning and ending of the meeting. The Animal Welfare Commission agenda is available online at http://www.sfgov.org/site/awcc_page.asp?id=105881.
