SF letter writing party (& free vegan pie!) to get vegan options into the National School Lunch Program!

Hi All!

We're having a letter writing and pie eating (!) party next Tuesday, March 24th at Mission Pie in San Francisco at 6:30 pm. We're going to write letters to our congress people to ask them to get vegan options and soy milk into the National School Lunch Program (NSLP). There is a lot of momentum with this in congress and the more support they see from their constituents, the more likely it will happen! So come out, bring friends, enjoy some FREE VEGAN PIE (!) and write a letter to change the future of the NSLP! You will also have a chance to meet nutritionists from Physicians Committee for Resposible Medicine (PCRM) and ask them questions about the campaign and more!

We will be meeting on Tuesday, March 24th at Mission Pie (2901 Mission St at 25th st, right off the 24th st BART, email if you need directions!) at 6:30 pm. All materials (and delicious vegan pie!) will be provided.
