The HUGE new store is on Clement and ~32nd Ave, where the former Albertson was located.

 

Fresh and Easy applied for a liquor permit, that's how a local newpaper (Richmond Review) found out that they might open in the future.

The newspaper said, because of the economy, there won't be too many NEW grocery stores opening in the future.

2 years ago, Whole Foods tried to open a store there on Clement St, but for unknown reasons the deal fell thru.
