Guest guest
Cay, Thanks for posting about this! Hope others voice concerns as well. Below is my email to the station. ~Sarah FW: To Woody and Crew: I LOVE your show!! However, I am super disappointed that you would condone the abuse of any animals. You're gonna let Woody chase down poor chickens?! Way not cool! I really have to speak up and object, and let you know that you're going to lose a lot of listeners this way. Californians, especially from the Bay Area, have a soft spot for animals (helllooo, Prop 2 just HUGELY passed, remember?) We voted to keep them out of battery cages, and we can't support the use of your radio station using them as 'entertainment'. Please change the plans for Tuesdays show! Thanks! They will be setting them free in the station and then attempting to capture them while the audience listens. They are apparently betting on how many chickens the host (Woody) can capture. Please take a moment to kindly tell the producers at LIVE 105 that this is no way to treat animals:The Woody Show105 LIVE865 Battery Street San Francisco, CA 94111 PH: 415-478-LIVEemail: wtrwebsite: http://www.live105.com Thank you,Cay Snow -- ~ " The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
