Intro to Raw Foods class in Pleasanton, Friday 1/23

Hi everyone,

 

This class takes place in a demo kitchen in the back of Pans on Fire,

an upscale kitchen supply store, in cute little downtown Pleasanton.

I'm told the class is very " hands on. " The vegan chef Brooke

Preston " Green Boheme " is traveling from Sacramento to teach us.

knowledge of raw vegan cuisine to Pans on Fire. Menu includes Almond

Milk, Cream of Zucchini Soup, Mediterranean Kale Salad, Not Tuna

Pate, Zucchini Noodles Marinara, Chocolate Mousse. Her innovative,

entertaining and tasty approach to food will expand your culinary

horizons. This cass includes loads of information, demonstration of

technique and yummy tastings. $55 per person.
