Guest guest Posted May 4, 2010 Report Share Posted May 4, 2010 Cauliflower with Vinegar Sauce 1 onion, chopped 2 garlic cloves finely chopped 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped 1 1/2 tsps. olive oil 3 1/2 cups cauliflower florets 3 tbsps. vegetable stock 3 tbsps. white wine vinegar 2 tsps. paprika 1 tsp. cumin, ground 1/4 tsp. salt Saute the onion, garlic and bell pepper in oil for 3 minutes. They should all be slightly softened. Add the rest of the ingredients, cover, simmer until the cauliflower is tender, no longer than 10 minutes. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
