Guest guest Posted May 2, 2010 Report Share Posted May 2, 2010 Basil Tomato Salsa Makes: 2 cups Ingredients: 3 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced small 1/2 small red onion, diced small 1/4 cup fresh basil, sliced into thin strips 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice zest of one lime 1 clove garlic, minced 1 teaspoon of chili pepper paste (more if you like it spicy) Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste 2 teaspoons extra olive oil Pinch of sugar Directions: 1.
