Guest guest Posted April 30, 2010 Report Share Posted April 30, 2010 Sharp Gouda Spread 1 8 oz round real baby gouda or edam cheese at room temperature 1/2 cup finely chopped smoked sliced beef 1/4 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons pickle relish 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish Slice top of wax on Gouda or Edam cheese into 8 sections, leaving sides and bottom intact, peel wax back to form petals. Carefully remove cheese from shell, keeping shell intact. Beat cheese until smooth, add beef, sour cream, relish and horseradish. Refill shell.
