Guest guest Posted April 27, 2010 Report Share Posted April 27, 2010 I use this on tofu, in soups and stews and oven roasted veggies. If it makes to much for you cut it in 1/2. AJ Creole Spice Mix 1 cup paprika 1 cup dried basil 1 cup dried thyme 1/2 cup cayenne 1/2 cup file gumbo powder 1/4 cup chili powder Mix all ingredients well.
