Guest guest Posted April 22, 2010 Report Share Posted April 22, 2010 Hummus With Chipotle 1 can garbanzo beans 3 tbsps. tahini 1 1/2 tsps. garlic, chopped 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp lime juice 2 1/2 tsps. chipotle in adobo sauce, canned and chopped 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. cilantro, chopped 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsps. olive oil salt and pepper to taste Put beans in processor and puree. Add tahini, garlic, lemon juice, lime juice, chipotles, salt, and cilantro. On low, mix ingredients well while adding oil in a slow, steady stream. Season with salt and pepper. Serves 6.
