Granny Spicy Pistachio And Pea Spread 1/2 cup pistachios 1 1/2 cups frozen peas, thawed 1 tbsp. olive oil 3/4 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. curry powder 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/4 cup water 1 tbsp. lemon juice Shell the pistachios. Place the thawed peas in a food processor. Add all of the ingredients and puree. Transfer to a 1 quart saucepan and gently heat until thoroughly warmed. Serves 6.
