Guest guest Posted April 15, 2010 Report Share Posted April 15, 2010 Spicy Garlic Couscous 1 tsp. vegetable oil 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 cups vegetable broth 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dried red pepper flakes 6 ounces couscous In medium saucepan, heat oil, add garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 1 minute, until tender but not browned. Add broth and red pepper flakes to garlic, bring to a boil. Stir in couscous, remove from heat.
