Guest guest Posted April 14, 2010 Report Share Posted April 14, 2010 Spicy Potato Soup 6 large potatoes, cubed 2 red bell peppers, seeded and diced 1 1/2 serrano chilis, finely chopped salt to taste ground black pepper to taste 1 dash paprika 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 8 cups water In saucepan, fry potatoes in oil until golden brown.
