Guest guest Posted March 30, 2010 Report Share Posted March 30, 2010 Jalapeno Beets in Vinaigrette 1 orange, peeled and sliced into bite-size pieces 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped 1 to 2 green onions, chopped 1 14 1/2 oz. can whole beets, drained and rinsed 1/4 cup french vinaigrette dressing Place all ingredients in a medium-size bowl; toss to coat.
