Guest guest Posted March 28, 2010 Report Share Posted March 28, 2010 Caribbean Style Black Beans 1 16 ounces can black beans, drained and rinsed 1/2 cup tomato juice 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 1 tablespoon green pepper flakes 1 tablespoon dried minced onion 1/2 teaspoon dried minced garlic In small saucepan over medium heat, combine beans, tomato juice, cilantro, green pepper flakes, onion and garlic.
