Guest guest Posted March 18, 2010 Report Share Posted March 18, 2010 Emeril's Seasoned Salt Blend 2-1/2 tablespoons paprika 2 tablespoons salt 2 tablespoons garlic powder 1 tablespoon black pepper 1 tablespoon onion powder 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper 1 tablespoon dried oregano 1 tablespoon dried thyme * Combine all ingredients thoroughly and then store in a closed container until needed. * Spice blends can add a little zip to you favorite dishes. Colberts Cajun Magic Spice (spicy hot) Domestic Quantity 1 tablespoon paprika (sweet) 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon cayenne powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon crushed chilies (optional) 1 teaspoon ginger powder 3/4 teaspoon white pepper 3/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon thyme 1/2 teaspoon oregano Commercial Quantity 2 1/2 ounces paprika (sweet) 6 3/4 ounces salt 1 ounce onion powder 1 ounce garlic powder 1 ounce cayenne 1/2 ounce white pepper 1/2 ounce black pepper 3/4 ounce thyme 3/4 ounce oregano * Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl and store in airtight container. * This is blazingly hot but tasty.
