Guest guest Posted March 16, 2010 Report Share Posted March 16, 2010 Spicy Corn And Potatoes 1 to 2 serrano chiles, seeded and chopped 1 cup large onion,hopped 2 tbsps. soy margarine or butter 2 cups whole kernel corn 2 cups potatoes, cooked, cubed 1 1/2 tsps. red chiles, ground 1/2 tsp. salt Cook and stir the chiles and onion in the margarine in a 10 inch skillet until the onion is tender.
