Guest guest Posted March 17, 2010 Report Share Posted March 17, 2010 Pumpkin Fritters (makes 2 servings) Ingredients: 2 cups pumpkin (grated) 1/4 cup walnuts (chopped) 1/4 cup raisins 1/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon cloves 1/2 teaspoon mace 1/2 teaspoon orange zest 1/2 cup flour 1 egg 2 tablespoons oil Directions: Mix the pumpkin, walnuts, raisins, sugar, spices, flour and egg in a bowl.
