Guest guest Posted March 16, 2010 Report Share Posted March 16, 2010 Sesame Buttered Noodles 12 ozs. spaghetti, uncooked 1 1/2 tbsps. tahini 1 tbsp. light miso 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup chives black pepper and red pepper flakes are optional Prepare the noodles according to the package directions. Drain, rinse and set aside. Combine tahini, miso and water in a small pot to form a creamy sauce. Cook over a medium heat, stirring constanty, until thickened. This should take about 3 minutes. Add more water as necessary to make a medium thick sauce. Gently toss sauce with the cooked noodles, chives and black pepper and red pepper flakes (optional). Serve at once.
