Guest guest Posted March 12, 2010 Report Share Posted March 12, 2010 GARLICKY MEXICAN RICE 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 cup uncooked rice 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 cups broth 1 can (10 oz.) ROTEL Tomatoes & Green Chilies (drain a little) Directions: In a medium saucepan, saute rice, onion and garlic in hot oil until the rice is golden. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat to a boil.
