Guest guest Posted March 3, 2010 Report Share Posted March 3, 2010 Pasta with Hot Peppers 1 onion, finely chopped 1 red bell pepper, minced 2 fresh cayenne chiles, chopped 1 cup mushrooms 1 tbsp. olive oil 3 tomatoes, chopped 2 tbsps. basil, chopped 1/2 tsp. marjoram, dried 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 3 cups fusili pasta, uncooked 2 tbsps. parsley, chopped Heat the oil, when warmed, saute the onion, bell pepper, chiles and mushrooms for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, basil, marjoram, simmer for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Cook the pasta accroding to package instructions. Drain.
