Guest guest Posted March 1, 2010 Report Share Posted March 1, 2010 Fiesta Rice and Vegetables 1-1/2 cups water 1 tsp onion salt 1-1/2 cups uncooked instant rice 1 cup frozen peas and carrots 1/3 cup mild salsa In medium saucepan, bring water and onion salt to a full boil. Stir in rice and vegetables. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Stir salsa into rice mixture.
