Guest guest Posted March 1, 2010 Report Share Posted March 1, 2010 Pinwheels 2 Green Onions, chopped 8 oz package Cream Cheese, softened 1 oz package Ranch Salad Dressing mix 5 12 inch Flour Tortillas 3/4 cup Pimento stuffed Olives, chopped 3/4 cup Black Olives, chopped 4 1/2 oz can chopped Green chilies, drained 4 oz jar chopped Pimentos Garnish: fresh Parsley, chopped Combine green onions, cream cheese and ranch dressing mix. Spread evenly over one side of each of the tortillas. Stir remaining ingredients together and spoon over cream cheese mixture. Roll up each tortilla jelly-roll style: wrap each in plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours. Cut into one inch slices and garnish with parsley.
