Guest guest Posted February 18, 2010 Report Share Posted February 18, 2010 Indian Adrak 2 tbsps. grated fresh ginger 4 cups stock or water 3/4 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. cumin seeds, toasted 1/2 tsp. black pepper juice of one lemon fresh coriander leaves Put grated ginger and stock into a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer 30 minutes till the water has reduced by half. Add salt, cumin and pepper. Simmer for another 2 minutes. Squeeze in lemon juice and garnish with coriander.
