Guest guest Posted February 16, 2010 Report Share Posted February 16, 2010 Vegetarian Tamale Filling 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated or soy cheese 2 cups shredded swiss or white cheddar cheese or soy cheese 2/3 cup chopped black olives 2/3 cup chopped pine nuts 2 onions, chopped 8 cloves garlic 2 tbsps. dried oregano 2 tsps. ground cumin 1 can whole kernel corn, drained 2 4 oz. each cans green chilies, chopped 2 tsps. olive oil Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
