Guest guest Posted February 11, 2010 Report Share Posted February 11, 2010 Harissa Sauce - North African 1 C of fresh red jalapeno, washed, seeded and chopped 1/2 C paprika mixed 1 C olive oil, extra virgin preferably 1 t cumin 3/4 C lemon juice, fresh squeezed Mix paprika with oil and cumin. Add to jalapeno and lemon juice in blender or processor. Mix all in blender and serve cold. Approx 2 cups.
