Guest guest Posted February 8, 2010 Report Share Posted February 8, 2010 Spicy Corn and Walnut Dip 2 8 ounce pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup lime juice 1 tablespoon ground cumin 1 dash pepper 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 tablespoon ground red chiles 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 8 3/4 ounces kernel corn 1 cup walnuts, chopped 1/4 cup onion, chopped Beat all ingredients except corn, walnuts and onion in a large bowl, with an electric mixer on medium speed, until smooth.
