Guest guest Posted January 22, 2010 Report Share Posted January 22, 2010 Spicy Snap Beans 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 sweet onion, julienne 1 pound snap beans, washed and snapped 1/4 cup sodium-free soy sauce 1 jalapeno, minced 2 tablespoons garlic, minced 1 tablespoon chili powder Place a large sauté pan on medium/high heat. Add sesame oil, olive oil and onion, jalapeno. Cook for 2 minutes. Then add beans, chili powder, garlic, and soy sauce. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.
