[gourmet-spicy-veg] Julie no cardamom?

well anyway I live here in the U.S. and I love different types of spices and

cooking from other parts. I am willing to try cardamon now that I hear so much

about it. Also, I don't know what the situation is in Iran, but can't they get

shipments from businesses in other countries that ship spices?

I crush the pods of light brownish cardamom. Maybe in Iran they use the black

cardamom? It's strong and smokey, I don't care for that one.

It use half the amount of cardamom as I do cinnam on in a recipe. I do love it

so much.
