Julie no cardamom?

Why don't you use cardamom? You don't care for the flavor? I put it in

everything.

I love it, really perks up baked goods but then I'm a Swede

I crush the pods of light brownish cardamom. Maybe in Iran they use the black

cardamom? It's strong and smokey, I don't care for that one.

It use half the amount of cardamom as I do cinnam on in a recipe. I do love it

so much.
