Guest guest Posted December 15, 2009 Report Share Posted December 15, 2009 Cheese Log Prep Time: 15 min Total Time: 2 hr 15 min Makes: Makes 1-1/2 cups or 12 servings, 2 Tbsp. each. Ingredients: 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened 1 cup - 2% Milk Shredded Italian Three Cheese Blend 1 pkt. (1 oz.) dry onion soup mix 2 Tbsp. Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream 2/3 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Pecans, almonds or cashews toasted Directions for making them: MIX first 4 ingredients, cream cheese, shredded cheese, onion soup mix, and sour cream. SHAPE into log; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 hours. UNWRAP log; roll in chopped nuts. Firmly press nuts into log to secure. Serving Suggestion Serve with RITZ type Crackers and grapes.
