I'm on my way to the big 50, and have decided that this year I'm getting healthy from the inside out. I've started drinking the water, exercising, taking the vitamins, etc. I know the biggest piece is to eat better, and getting rid of meat is one thing that I know I need to do. Looking forward to sharing recipes and ideas, and most of all success with this group. I look forward to learning about new seasonings and spices. My hubby of 26 years is has high blood pressure, and I know a vegetarian diet is better for him as well. . . I want to keep him around as long as I possibly can!
