Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this group, and excited to try the recipes. I'm on my way to the

big 50, and have decided that this year I'm getting healthy from the inside out.

I've started drinking the water, exercising, taking the vitamins, etc. I know

the biggest piece is to eat better, and getting rid of meat is one thing that I

know I need to do. Looking forward to sharing recipes and ideas, and most of all

success with this group. I look forward to learning about new seasonings and

spices. My hubby of 26 years is has high blood pressure, and I know a vegetarian

diet is better for him as well. . . I want to keep him around as long as I

possibly can!
