Guest guest Posted November 10, 2009 Report Share Posted November 10, 2009 I don't like cooked carrots usually but made this way they are wonderful Ryan Apple Dijon Carrots 10 oz. pkg. baby carrots 1/2 cup apple juice 2 tablespoons apple jelly 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard Salt and Pepper to taste Place carrots and juice in medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes or until carrots are tender. Uncover and add jelly, mustard, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 5-10 more minutes, stirring frequently.
