Guest guest
Wow, this sounds amazing! I don't grill, so I guess these could be pan-fried, yes? I just adore Thai food! I should introduce myself. I'm Angela, and I've been a member of this group before. (I only left because I was trying to reduce my groups, but I missed this one so I'm back.) I'm a vegan, again, since 1 Oct. That's of course World Vegetarian Day, which was actually a complete coincidence...or was it? LOL! I've been a vegetarian off-and-on since I was 13, and a recent viewing of PETA's latest investigation into Land 'o Lakes and their treatment of cows made me determined to go vegan again and stick with it. Already I've dropped a few pounds, gained more energy, and have much clearer sinuses and less allergy troubles, not to mention my conscience is clear and I know I'm following the right path again. I don't have any great new recipes to knock your socks off, but hopefully soon that will change. :-) Anyway, thanks again for having me!
