A Different Quesadilla repost, this is delicious

" A Different Quesadilla "

 

1 bowl of boiled and sliced russet and sweet potatoes (or just yams)

1 jar medium salsa

1 small bowl ortega diced chilis or reen chili salsa

2 small bowls of cheese one mild cheddar and one monterey jack, grated

1 container of sour cream

garnish with cilantro & sliced olives

1 package of flour tortillas no lard

 

We made quesadillas stuffed with potato mixture, green chilis, cheese etc. when

done garnish with sour cream, salsa, olives and cilantro. Enjoy!
